Essential Healthcare Solutions launches parent company
Published on 23/04/2015
Following a 32% growth in 2014, medical equipment and services provider Essential Healthcare Solutions has launched a new holding company, Essential Group of Companies.
Essential Group of Companies will own a series of businesses which aim to provide a better care service across the UK, from training solutions and recruitment to care homes and quality products. Essential Healthcare Solutions, which provides equipment to the NHS and care homes, will now become part of Essential Group of Companies.
Essential Healthcare Solutions has changed its business model over the last 12 months to streamline its product range and offer a more consultative approach to its customers. The change in focus has resulted in significant growth for the company, which increased its turnover from £1.6 million to £2.2 million.
The company aims to double its turnover in the next 12 months as it works closely with the new companies within Essential Group of Companies.
Thomas Owens, Managing Director of Essential Healthcare Solutions, said: “2014 was an important year for us as we secured significant investment from the Leeds City Region Business Growth Programme and support from Kirklees Council, employed 11 new recruits and moved into our new state-of-the-art premises.
“Essential Group of Companies is the next step in this plan. In addition to Essential Healthcare Solutions, the group of companies will support the care industry no matter what the issue, with the sole aim of developing the perfect care environment.”
