Ability Matters Group, scooter and powered wheelchair dealership, is celebrating after it scooped an award for its customer service at the annual Motability Scheme awards.
The award for large fleet Dealer of the Year recognises outstanding service to customers of the Motability Scheme, and is based on direct customer feedback. The Group was rated over 9.8 out of 10, demonstrating exceptional commitment to going above and beyond for their customers.
Lyndon Reeks, Commercial Manager at Ability Matters Group, commented: “We are so proud to have won such an esteemed award. The teams in our Motability Dealerships in Belfast, Elland, Harrow, Manchester and Oxford work tirelessly to ensure our customers are safely mobile, without interruption, every day of the year, and we’re thrilled to be recognised for it. A huge thank you to all of our customers for their feedback, and we look forward to continuing our work with the Scheme throughout 2018 and beyond.”
The awards recognise commitment to high standards of care and achieving excellent feedback from customers. With 15,000 scooter and powered wheelchair customers throughout the UK, the Motability Scheme offers a simple leasing package to people with disabilities, helping them to maintain their independence. All dealers offer a free, no obligation assessment at home and product trials, and will support you continuously throughout the lease period with breakdown assistance and servicing.
Ian Goswell, Commercial Services Director, Motability Operations Ltd, added: “We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to every single Motability Scheme customer and this extends to each of the partners helping to deliver the Scheme. Our network of dealerships are the face of the Motability Scheme to many of our customers and it is fantastic to see Ability Matters Group continuing to support our commitment to excellence. Congratulations on winning the award.”
