Residents at Balhousie St Ronans care home have shown their strength and determination by placing first in Dundee's Go For Gold challenge.
The Balhousie team joined other care homes in the competition last week at Menzieshill Community Centre, dressing up as police officers as part of the fun. This is the third time St Ronans residents have taken part in the challenge.
Go For Gold, organised by Leisure and Culture Dundee as part of the Care Inspectorate's Care About Physical Activity, invites care homes across Dundee to take part in activities to keep residents physically active, along with opportunities to reminisce. This year's event had a uniformed services theme.
Denise McCorkindale, Home Manager at Balhousie St Ronans, said: "For the third year in a row, our residents proved their mettle in this fun and really inspiring challenge. I'm proud of the Balhousie St Ronans team for going for gold once more - and getting it!"
