Castleoak, the specialist construction and development partner for care and retirement living, has handed over a picturesque marina facing care home on time and budget to returning customer and specialist UK health investor, Cinnamon Care Capital. The home will be leased by Barchester Healthcare.

Commenting on the handover of Tennyson Wharf, Kenneth Mackenzie, Director at Cinnamon Care Capital, said: “This is a very important project for Cinnamon. Tennyson Wharf care home is located in the gated Burton Waters community in Lincolnshire and offers residential, nursing and specialist dementia care to 60 residents. Communal facilities include a Yacht Club Deck terrace with views over the marina, a Memory Lane Community area specially designed for dementia care, a café, hair and beauty salon, and sensory gardens.
