Hertfordshire Independent Living Service received the Meals on Wheels Award after impressing judges with their ability to provide 500,000 meals a year to a 6000 customers.
Our Catering Hero Award was presented to Gareth O'Hara, Chef, Sunrise of Cardiff and Catering Team of the Year Award went to Morden College Catering Team.
Care Establishment of the Year was awarded to 40-bed nursing home Lymewood Court, St
Helen’s, Merseyside, who also received the Centre of Culinary Excellence title for going ‘above and beyond’ the required standards.
James Clear, Hotel Services Manager, Care UK received Catering Manager of the Year award and the South East was heralded as the Region of the Year Award.
The Pam Rhodes Outstanding Achievement Award was given to former NACC National Chairman Roger Denton for his commitment to the NACC and the Chairman’s Award 2016 was presented to Preston Walker, Oak House Care Home.

In all our finalists we see real dedication to the highest standards and I am in awe of each and every one of them. It’s an absolute honour to recognise this through the NACC Awards.”
