ORCHARD CARE HOMES ACQUIRES LEYTON HOMES GROUP
Published on 04/12/2015
Orchard Care Homes, a provider of residential elderly care homes across the UK, has completed the acquisition of 21 homes from the Leyton Healthcare portfolio.
Speaking about the acquisition Paul Mancey, Chief Executive, Orchard Care Homes commented: “We are pleased to announce the news of the purchase of Leyton homes, which are mainly located in the Midlands and the North of England.
"Orchard has a strong track record in taking on home portfolios and we’re looking forward to working with the Leyton home teams. The most important thing is to ensure the continuity of care for the residents and their families. There are no changes envisaged to the management and staff at the homes”
The purchase is part of an on-going expansion of the Harrogate-based care group.
Orchard Care Homes aims to be at the heart of the local community and is working in partnerships with a variety of national charities to achieve their goal.
