Bradley Hall care home in Leicester was filled with festive cheer as residents, families and friends gathered to celebrate the home’s annual Christmas Fete.
The atmosphere was abuzz as residents and guests browsed gift stalls from local businesses, danced to live music and enjoyed cups of mulled wine.
Younger party-goers were thrilled to see that Santa Claus himself was in his Bradley Hall grotto, where they told him all about their Christmas lists before taking part in fun and games with the residents.
Margaret Dexter, a resident at Bradley Hall, said: “The Christmas Fete was wonderful! I spent time with my daughter and we did the tombola. Everyone came together and it was really festive.”
Sarah Clark, the Home Manager at Bradley Hall, added: “We were delighted to host this year’s Christmas Fete. The event went so well and we created some lasting memories once again.
“We would like to thank everyone who joined us this year, and helped to make this Christmas so special for our home.”
Residents at Bradley Hall are also inviting their local community to a Christmas Cake Decorating session on Friday 20 December. From 10:00 until 12:00, all are welcome to put their festive touches on some delicious cakes, whilst enjoying refreshments with the residents.
