An Exemplar Health Care home is celebrating after it achieved an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Greenside Court complex needs care home in Rotherham received the care regulator’s highest rating for its ‘exceptionally’ caring, responsive and well-led service.
The CQC reported: “People were treated with the utmost respect and their dignity was continually upheld. This was confirmed by people and their relatives who provided exceptional feedback.”
Kim Payne, Greenside Court’s Home Manager, said: “It’s fantastic that our care home has achieved the ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating – everyone is absolutely overwhelmed.
“Over the years, our care team have demonstrated their commitment and dedication to offering high-quality care for service users and it’s fantastic that they were able to demonstrate this during the inspection.
“We are now looking forward to celebrating this amazing achievement together. I could not be more proud of each and every colleague who works here.”

Greenside Court currently supports 19 service users with a range of complex needs and provides top quality care to adults who live with complex mental and physical health conditions, including neuro-disabilities, brain injury and stroke.
Exemplar Health Care has 32 care homes across Yorkshire, the Midlands, the North West and North East which support adults living with complex needs.
