Bright Care achieves Investors in People accreditation
Published on 30/03/2015
In-home care provider Bright Care has achieved the Investors in People accreditation, the framework for business improvement through people in the UK.
The company says this represents a true commitment to employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good practice which remains challenging and aspirational for many organisations.
Commenting on the award, Bright Care’s Managing Director Tim Cocking said: “We are immensely proud of all our work force whose dedication and commitment to the Bright Care ethos has significantly contributed to us achieving this award.”
Bright Care, which was formed in 2009 by Tim and Louise Cocking, currently employs over 100 staff, and operates from offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow South and Dunbartonshire. In May this year, there will be a new office opening in Perth, creating up to another 18 jobs.
Bright Care provides in-home care and companionship to seniors, enabling them to continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
